Caws Cenarth Mature Cheese with Leeks

This Welsh favourite is a mini truckle of Cenarth’s mature Cheddar style Caws Cryf cheese which is flavoured with leeks. A perfect addition to any cheeseboard this lovely little cheese is also great crumbled into mashed potato or in a cauliflower cheese sauce.
